Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, although a bit too hot even with the heater off and the walls a bit thin. The view of the Argentino lake was there but not as spectacular as expected. The service was fantastic, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location, while a bit of a walk uphill from the town, was outstanding with convenient access to touristic attractions. The dining experience, although not as good as anticipated, offered healthy options and an early opening time. The facilities were great overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with extra amenities making my stay very comfortable. The view from my room, unfortunately, faced the houses across the street. The service was incredibly helpful, especially in arranging a driver to Fitz Roy after a tour company let us down. The hotel's location on a hill in a residential area was delightful, within walking distance to the city center offering great dining options. The dining experience was delicious, but a bit monotonous each day. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few areas that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being in poor maintenance repair, were exceptional and offered amazing views of the town and surrounding mountains. The service, although helpful and nice, was limited to specific hours between 12:15-3 pm. The location was good but slightly challenging to access with luggage, yet perfect for exploring the area. The dining experience was varied and plentiful, but at times felt a bit far from the city center. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
